In thinking what justice could be, I couldn't picture just one definite thing. And the common theme when asking others was law, spirituality and time. So, the definitive lady justice, praying hands, and time clock is held together by the past, present and future of the floral piece.
I portrayed the past/harm, the present/justice and future/re-growth in the three flowers.I tried adding mysteriousness to time, a dreamlike state to prayers, and the solidness of the justice system, all in its literal form, connected together with open space/white.
